Because our primary payment method within the United Arab Emirates is Cash on Delivery (COD), the following conditions apply:
• Phone Verification Mandatory: All orders placed on our website require a valid UAE mobile phone number. Our local automated system or fulfillment agent will place a confirmation call or send a text verification to confirm your order details and delivery availability before dispatch. Unverified phone numbers will result in immediate order cancellation.
• Commitment to Receive: By completing checkout, you commit to being present or arranging availability at your designated delivery address to pay the courier the exact invoice amount in AED upon arrival.

3. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

4. Local Delivery & Logistics Framework
Physical inventory management, sorting, packaging, and local dispatch inside the UAE are executed dynamically by our third-party logistics provider (Zambeel). Standard shipping timelines range between 2 to 4 business days. Administrative operations, management, and primary corporate banking integrations are cleared through Habib Bank Limited (HBL).

5. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable commercial frameworks of our administrative setup and the consumer protection regulations of the United Arab Emirates.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website.
