Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Mirajhub! We are dedicated to delivering your products safely and efficiently across the United Arab Emirates. Because we partner with a premium local 3PL fulfillment network (Zambeel) directly inside Dubai, we ensure fast handling and localized shipping tracking.

Please review our operational shipping terms below:

1. Delivery Coverage & Regions
• We offer shipping exclusively across the United Arab Emirates (UAE), covering all major cities and emirates including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.
• Remote or desert non-service areas may require extended transit times or pickup at a centralized courier hub.

2. Shipping Rates
• Standard Cash on Delivery (COD) Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders across the UAE! The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay at your doorstep—there are no hidden courier fees added at checkout.

3. Mandatory Phone Verification (Crucial for COD)
• Because we operate primarily on Cash on Delivery (COD), your order will NOT be shipped instantly.
• Within 12 to 24 hours of placing your order, our automated system or fulfillment team will call or WhatsApp your provided UAE phone number to confirm your address and availability.
• If you do not answer our confirmation attempts within 48 hours, your order will be automatically canceled to protect against fake deliveries.

4. Processing & Delivery Timelines
• Order Processing Time: Once verified by phone, your order is instantly packed at our Dubai fulfillment warehouse within 1 business day.
• Delivery Time: Standard courier delivery takes between 2 to 4 business days from the moment of phone confirmation.
• Delivery Days: Our courier partners deliver from Monday to Saturday. Deliveries are generally not active on Sundays or official UAE public holidays.

5. How Physical Delivery Works
• When the courier agent is arriving at your location, they will call or send a WhatsApp message to coordinate the exact delivery time slot. 
• Please ensure you have the exact cash amount in AED ready for the driver, or be prepared to use a digital card payment link if supported by the dispatching courier.

6. Address Accuracy & Modifications
• Please ensure you provide your exact building name, villa/apartment number, street name, and a major nearby landmark during checkout.
• If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, email us immediately at hubmiraj@gmail.com Once the package leaves our warehouse with the courier driver, the route cannot be adjusted mid-transit.
